Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how NavyB Technology (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in the Android application Triple 3 Play Draw Video Poker, package name com.pepperheadworkshop.triple3playdrawpoker (the “App”).

1. Information handled by the App

The App does not require an account and NavyB Technology does not operate a game account, cloud-save, analytics, social-login, or in-app-purchase service for the App. We do not ask you to provide your name, postal address, phone number, precise location, contacts, financial information, or payment information.

The App includes the Appodeal advertising SDK to offer optional rewarded videos. Appodeal and the advertising partners enabled for the App may automatically process:

• IP address, mobile advertising ID, Android Privacy Sandbox identifiers, and similar device or online identifiers;
• device model, operating-system version, language, approximate location inferred from IP address, network and carrier information, and app/package information;
• ad availability, impressions, views, completion, clicks, reward events, and related timestamps; and
• diagnostics, performance information, fraud-prevention signals, and consent or privacy strings.

2. Information stored locally

The App stores limited game information locally in its private storage area on your device:

• game preferences, such as sound, music, speed, denomination, and display choices;
• virtual-credit balance; and
• gameplay progress and statistics, such as hands played, wins, best win, and results by game type.

This local game information is used to remember your settings and continue your game experience. It is not uploaded to a NavyB Technology server. Rewarded-video completion is used locally to grant virtual credits or allow play to continue. Virtual credits are for entertainment only, have no monetary value, and cannot be purchased, transferred, or redeemed for cash or prizes.

Depending on your Android backup settings and device provider, Android may include the App’s local data in an encrypted device backup or device-to-device transfer. NavyB Technology does not directly receive or control that backup.

3. Internet access

The App uses internet and network-state access to request, display, measure, and secure rewarded advertisements through Appodeal and its enabled advertising partners. The App does not transmit your locally stored credit balance, hands, wins, or preferences to a NavyB Technology server.

4. How advertising information is used

Appodeal and participating advertising partners may use the information described above to:

• select, deliver, and cap the frequency of advertisements;
• confirm that a rewarded video was completed and return the reward event to the App;
• measure ad performance and produce aggregated reporting;
• detect invalid traffic, abuse, security incidents, and fraud; and
• personalize advertising where permitted by law and by your consent choices.

Disclosures of identifiers and ad activity for personalized or cross-context behavioral advertising may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under some privacy laws, even when no money is exchanged for that data.

5. Third-party services

Google Play and the Android operating system may process information independently when you download, install, update, or use apps. Their handling of information is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Appodeal acts as the advertising mediation platform. The particular advertising partner that serves an ad can vary by location, device, consent, availability, and Appodeal configuration. Review the Appodeal Privacy Policy and Appodeal’s advertising-partner privacy-policy list for more information.

6. Advertising privacy choices

Appodeal’s consent manager may ask for consent where required and communicates choices to participating partners using recognized privacy signals. Depending on your location and choices, ads may be personalized or non-personalized. Non-personalized ads can still use contextual information and limited identifiers for delivery, frequency control, security, fraud prevention, and measurement.

Where required, the App displays a Privacy Settings entry point on its main menu so you can revisit advertising consent or opt-out choices. You can also control or reset the advertising ID and available ad-personalization settings through Android’s privacy or ads settings. Restricting personalization does not necessarily remove rewarded advertising from the App.

7. Legal bases

Depending on your location, advertising data may be processed based on consent, legitimate interests such as security, fraud prevention, and non-personalized ad delivery, or another lawful basis described by the relevant provider. Consent can be withdrawn without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

8. Data security

Local game information is stored within the App’s private storage area using Android’s application sandbox. No method of device storage is guaranteed to be completely secure, so you should maintain reasonable security for your device, including screen-lock and operating-system updates. Third-party providers apply their own technical and organizational safeguards under their policies.

9. Data retention and deletion

Local game information remains on your device until you clear the App’s storage through Android settings or uninstall the App. Either action deletes the locally stored preferences, virtual credits, and gameplay statistics from that installation; a device backup may restore them if Android backup is enabled. The App does not create user accounts or keep a NavyB Technology server-side copy, so there is no game account or remote gameplay record for NavyB Technology to delete.

Appodeal and advertising partners retain advertising information according to their own legal obligations, business needs, and privacy policies. Requests about data controlled by a specific provider may need to be directed to that provider.

10. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection; withdraw consent; opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising; and complain to a supervisory authority. These rights may be subject to legal exceptions and identity verification. Use the App’s Privacy Settings where available, contact the relevant advertising provider, or contact us using Section 13.

11. Children’s privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The App is a simulated-card-game experience for entertainment and does not offer real-money gambling, prizes, or cash redemption.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the App’s features or legal requirements change. We will publish the revised policy on this page and change the “last updated” date above. Material changes to advertising or data practices will also be reflected in the App and Google Play Data safety disclosures where required.
