Delete your Relic Rush Keno account

How to request deletion

1. Use the developer contact email or support method shown on the Relic Rush Keno Google Play Store listing.
2. Use the subject or opening line Relic Rush Keno account deletion.
3. Tell us the Google email address or Google display name used to sign in to Relic Rush Keno and, if needed, additional non-secret information reasonably required to identify the correct player account.
4. We may ask you to verify control of the account before deletion so that another person cannot delete your account without authorization.

Data covered by a deletion request

After a valid request is verified and processed, NavyB Technology will delete account-linked Relic Rush Keno data under its control. This may include:

• the Firebase Authentication identity/account used by Relic Rush Keno, where applicable;
• the Relic Rush Keno cloud player-progress record linked to your account identifier;
• virtual credits, XP, level, rounds played, best win and total winnings stored in the cloud profile;
• Daily Cache, Daily Expedition and challenge/progression data stored in the cloud profile;
• achievement progress, unlocked Relic Avatars and selected avatar information;
• recent-round history and other account-linked game statistics stored in the cloud profile; and
• other Relic Rush Keno account-linked cloud data under NavyB Technology's control.

Data that may remain

Information may be retained where required by law or where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or other legitimate legal obligations.

Information stored only on your Android device may remain until you clear Relic Rush Keno's app data or uninstall the app. NavyB Technology cannot remotely erase local data from a device that is no longer communicating with the app.

Data processed independently by Google, including certain advertising or Google Account data, is governed by Google's own retention and deletion practices.

Your Google account is not deleted

Deleting your Relic Rush Keno account does not delete your Google account. The request concerns the Relic Rush Keno account/profile and Relic Rush Keno data associated with it. To manage or delete your Google account, use Google's own account controls.

Guest-only players

If you have never signed in with Google, your Relic Rush Keno progress is stored locally on your device as a guest profile. You can remove that local guest data by clearing the app's storage in Android settings or uninstalling the app.
